QMB型固液两相流渣浆泵，是按照目前国际国内先进的两相流速度比理论设计而成的，与其它渣浆泵相比具有效率高、汽蚀性能好、寿命长、结构轻巧、体积小、重量轻、装拆检修调整方便、运行可靠、节能效果显著等特点。可广泛使用于冶金、矿山、煤炭、建材、电力、化工、排污及水处理等工业部门低磨蚀浆液的输送。
该系列泵可以采用45Mn2，耐磨合金球铁、高铬铸铁等材质制造过流件，以适应不同固体颗粒浓度的浆体使用。QMB系列泵的性能范围：流量30-900M3／h；扬程20-120m。

A或B分别表示第一、二次切割叶轮后的派生泵，无脚码为原型泵。
结构说明：
泵为单级、单吸悬臂式结构，单泵壳和轻巧的结构使现场装拆、检修和调整极为方便和快捷。在泵轴上设有拆卸装置，能轻松快速的更换叶轮。该泵进口为水平方向，从传动方向看泵为顺时针方向旋转。为了增加轴封使用可靠性与寿命，该泵采用两种型式并存组合密封的方式，即付叶轮轴封和填料轴封，无需注入轴封水，封浆柱能力可根据现场情况灵活更换不同的付叶轮，以发挥泵在不同灌注高度下的封浆效果，且具有高的液封能力。
泵的零部件有足够的刚度与强度，悬臂短在恶劣的运行工况下不会弯曲和振动，轴承一般为脂润滑，轴承端盖迷宫槽能有效防止进入矿浆与粉尘。
叶轮一般情况下为闭式，也可制成半开式或其它形式用以输送粘度大、易堵塞的料浆(含块状)。 |

The products sell well on domestic markets and it have been accepted by the international markets.
In order to meet the far distance transportation and permit the use of multistage series connection, detailed negotiations can be made if users have some special requirements, and different designs can be given. |
