为满足远距离输送、允许多级串联使用，用户如有特殊需要可具体商议，另行设计。 |

GENERAL INTRODUCTION |

In order to accelerate the renewal of the old generation products of our country's centrifugal impurity pump, soild and liquid two-phase flow slurry pumps of LZ(Z) series have been researched and produced which can provide each department of the national economy advanced products with high reliability, durability , efficiency and low costs. It can be widely used in mining, thermal power generating, metallurgical and cement industries so that slurry of concentrates, tails, ash dregs, coal mud and grits etc. can be transported hydraulicly . LZ(Z)series of pumps have passed the provincial appraisal, and its hydraulic performance has
achieved the world, domestic advanced level of late 1980's and the leading level of early 1990's. The products sell well on domestic markets and it have been accepted by the international markets.
In order to meet the far distance transportation and permit the use of multistage series connection, detailed negotiations can be made if users have some special requirements, and different designs can be given. |

结构与特点 |

LZ(Z)型泵为单级、单吸悬臂式结构。
结构合理：轴承体、泵壳、泵架和动密封的结构及相互间的连接方式吸取了国内外的先进经验，便于装拆和维修。泵与电机分直联和胶带传动两种，泵的旋转方向自泵入口端看为逆时针方向旋转。泵的吐出口位置可据需要按45°间隔，旋转八个不同的角度安装使用。
水力设计先进：该系列泵的水力模型是按“两相流”理论设计，叶片型线合理，不易结疤和堵塞，具有效率高，汽蚀性能好，(效率和汽蚀性能均优于国家杂质泵优级品规定的指标)，输送浆液比清水效率高等特点。过流件根据输送介质的特性可分别使用HT250、ZG45Mn2、QT600-2、M-1、KmTBCrl5Mo2-DT、Cr27、高铬铸钢等材料制造。
动密封性能好：一般情况下采用动力密封和软填料相结合的密封方式，动力密封由叶轮的付叶片和付叶轮组成，在不经冷却水润滑和冷却的条件下，可保持良好的密封。 |

STRUCTURES AND FEATURES |

LZ(Z)series of pumps have a structure of single-stage.single-suction with cantilever form.
Reasonable structures:Bearing body, housing of pump, pump rack, dynamic sealing structure and its mutual forms of connection have absorbed the advanced experiences at home and abroad which is prone to assembly, disassembly and repair. The connection between pump and electric motor includes two forms:direct connection and belt transmission. The pump rotates clockwise when looking from the inlet side. The outlet can be installed every 45° to achieve eight different positions to be used according to the requirements.
Advanced hydraulic design: The hydro-module of these series of pumps is designed according to the "two-phase flow” theory with the reasonable contour of its impeller which make it not be scabbed and blocked easily, so the pump works highly effectively with better NPSH condition(Both efficiency and NPSH condition are better than the given indexes of the excellent product of the national impurity pump) and with a feature of higher efficiency when transporting slurry than that of pure water. The flow-passing components can be made respectively by materials like HT250, ZG45Mn2, QT600-2, M-l, KmTBCr15, Mo2-DT according to the properties of the transporting media.
Good performance of dynamic seal: Usually, the sealing form is used with the combination of dynamic seal and soft packing seal. The dynamic seal is composed of auxiliary vanes of the impeller and the expeller which can maintain good sealing without cooling and lubrication of the coolingwater. |
